Step One
Go into ur server properties file and make sure level name is changed to the name of ur save
ex. World1,World2,World3,ect capitalization matters so be sure to double check how you saved it

#Minecraft server properties

look for the option-   level-name=World

The folder where your server files will be located in your control panel under the file management section.

Step Two
Go into your minecraft single player folder.
C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\saves (might be different)
and take the world folder that you want, right click - send to zip file then cut it and paste it to your desktop to easily find later.

Step Three

Go into your server folder The folder where your server files will be located in your control panel under the file management section.
While in the file management section be sure you don't have a world folder with the same name already.

If you do we suggest you select it and create a zip  in case you want to play this world later.

Now delete any folder with the same name then hit the upload button and select the zip you created earlier from your desktop once upload find it and hit extract.

Now your new world is uploaded to the server double check the file name as that is what your world aka level name will need to be in server properties.

Once you confirmed all settings are set as needed start your server and enjoy your new imported world.
