1. Log into your PayPal account.
2. Click the "gear icon" in the upper-right corner of the page.
3. In the "Payment Settings" section, click the "Preapproved Payments" link.
4. Click "Cancel" or "Cancel automatic billing" and follow the instructions.
If you don’t have a PayPal account and paid with a Credit Card, you will need to contact PayPal Customer Service by phone.
Here’s how:
1. Go to the PayPal website, https://www.paypal.com
2. Click "Contact Us" at the bottom of any page.
3. Click "Call Us", then click "Continue" for PayPal's Customer Service phone number.
